What You'll Do
Conduct training for new hires. Provide refresher training and uptraining for existing agents. Coach agents who need help improving their performance. Identify skill or knowledge gaps and what may be blocking improvement. Demonstrate processes, observe agents, and provide practical feedback. Support both voice and non-voice teams. Use performance results to identify where additional coaching or training is needed. Track progress after coaching or training.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
At least 1–2 years of relevant coaching, training, or team support experience. Experience coaching or developing frontline agents. Previous Trainer experience is a major plus. Strong spoken and written English. Warm, approachable, and engaging personality. Strong coaching and communication skills. Able to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support. Comfortable working with performance metrics and giving constructive feedback.
Benefits

₱35,000–₱45,000/month, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated training expertise. Philippines-based candidates only.
