The Role We are looking for an innovative Talent Partner based in Poland to shape and execute our talent attraction strategy for our Services team. At Veeva, Customer Services helps our customers achieve true value from our software. Rather than following traditional recruitment playbooks, this role operates as a strategic talent driver. We welcome candidates from non-traditional recruiting backgrounds—such as tech sales, field marketing, or technical customer-facing roles—who bring a strong business mindset, proactive communication, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will collaborate deeply with hiring managers, build market visibility, and deliver high-caliber talent aligned with our product evolution, tech-enabled tools, and long-term operating vision.
