What you'll do

  • Develop and execute Talent Management processes (Performance Cycle, Promotion Windows, Feedback Trigger), ensuring timely milestones, the creation of relevant materials, and alignment across all stakeholders to drive process efficiency and effectiveness while continuously seeking process improvements.
  • Develop project plans for Talent Management and Culture and Engagement initiatives.
  • Lead Talent Management projects (e.g., Compensation Matrix, Job Descriptions) aligned with company goals, overseeing all phases from project planning and execution to providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our engagement tool (Peakon), managing survey launches, communications, reports, user access, and material creation for various stakeholders.
  • Identify and propose strategies and improvements for engagement measurement tools and processes, optimizing their usage, and developing initiatives.
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure process and project progress.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay up to date with best practices and focus on continuous improvement of Talent Management processes.
  • Search for and analyze suitable vendors for Talent Management initiatives, leading vendor meetings, conducting comparisons, and proposing recommendations.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions in English within projects and processes.

  • For candidates residing in São Paulo, the employment contract will be under a hybrid model.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in the Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, or Projects area.
  • Proven track record in project and stakeholder management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • For this specific role, please note that prior experience in Talent Management/Organizational Development and advanced/fluent English are mandatory requirements.
  • Preferred: Expertise in HRIS and Engagement Systems is a plus.
