What you'll do

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract active and passive candidates
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods including social media, professional networks, industry events, and talent mapping
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor practices, talent availability, and salary benchmarks
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and responsiveness
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and continuously improve processes
  • Work with hiring teams to provide guidance on best practices for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee experience
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive talent, industry professionals, and influencers

What they require

  • Bachelors, Business, or a related field (required)
  • 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven ability to advise and partner with leaders (required)
  • Sales Recruiting experience is required
  • Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies (High proficiency)
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills (High proficiency)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making (Low proficiency)
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, technology, and techniques (Low proficiency)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders (High proficiency)
