Talent Administrator & Coordinator supporting full life-cycle recruitment operations. Requires ~1–2 years office administration experience, preferably in HR or staffing. Remote role hiring for Canada and the United States; duties include scheduling, pre-employment processing, offer preparation and candidate tracking.

What you'll do

  • Coordinates and schedules candidates for assessments, interviews, onsite visits, etc.
  • Owns pre-employment processing and ensures proper completion of paperwork.
  • Prepares offer letters and facilitates background and reference checks.
  • Maintains candidate files and documentation to maintain compliance.
  • Generates and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports; tracks candidate activity and dispositions in ATS; general office duties (data entry, queries, filing).
  • Coordinates and schedules candidates for selection activities such as assessments, interviews, onsite visits.
  • Prepares offer letters and facilitates background checks and reference checks.
  • Maintains candidate files to maintain compliance; tracks candidate activity and dispositions in applicant tracking systems.
  • Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports and handles general office duties and candidate/recruiter queries.

  • 1-2 years office administration experience (Preferred: in an HR or staffing capacity)
  • Shown customer service mentality with a "can do" attitude
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a team environment
