What you'll do

  • Drive proactive sourcing and targeted candidate outreach to build strong talent pipelines across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition intake through offer acceptance, supporting both volume hiring and specialist recruitment needs.
  • Screen, assess, and engage candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring outcomes.
  • Support internal mobility initiatives by identifying and facilitating opportunities for internal candidates and career progression.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS, monitor key hiring metrics, and drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations across all hiring activities.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment.
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing and headhunting for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple global regions, including the US, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
