The company is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help expand across the ASEAN market.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Source and engage top tech talent across ASEAN
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer
- Partner with global hiring managers and clients
- Build talent pipelines for Software Engineering, AI, Data and Web3 roles
- Leverage AI sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment platforms
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience
🔑 Requirements:
- 1+ year of recruitment experience (Tech recruitment is a plus)
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Good English communication
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries is an advantage
- Passion for technology and startup environments
