Who are you? You are a true-blue SaaS/Tech org Recruiter and in this position, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with our go-to-market leaders and directly support Absorb’s growth!

You love to learn (after all, we are in the business of learning), have an eye for talent, are resourceful, and easily make connections with candidates to build trust and relationships. Ideally you'll have experience with SaaS recruiting, and you definitely have a leg up if you are the kind of person who can analyze data to identify key talent acquisition metrics.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and nurture pipelines of candidates: Our Sales, Marketing, Engineering and CS Teams are consistently hiring, so a key aspect of this role is working with our hiring managers to develop strategies to find qualified, diverse candidates with a focus on GTM roles- Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product, you’ll build talent networks through proactive market research, outreach, while fostering a positive candidate experience
• Utilize your established Headhunting strategies and talent pipeline to target top candidates for harder to fill roles
• Embrace and continuously experiment with AI in Talent Acquisition, identifying opportunities to use emerging tools and insights to drive efficiency, elevate decision-making, and evolve how we attract and hire top talent
• Act as an external Brand Ambassador networking and sourcing to ensure proactive development of talent pipelines (inventory of talent) aligning, people, skills, and leadership competencies to ensure we get the right people at the right time for the right position
• Represent Absorb on Social Media Channels for the purposes of driving Employer Branding and Talent Attraction
• Work with leaders to develop and action strategies to incorporate core competencies and ensure comprehensive interview assessments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment related processes, policies, and recruitment best practices to keep the hiring leads, prospective candidates and the organization informed of new developments and key market trends

What you need to do it:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with experience recruiting for go-to-market, and technical roles
• Post secondary degree or diploma, preferably with focus on Business/Human Resources or work-related experience in Talent Acquisition
• Solid experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing passive candidates
• Demonstrated experience partnering closely with business leaders to develop strong relationships, provide superior service, effectively manage expectations, and deliver an elevated candidate experience
• Experience in compensation evaluations and negotiations, international recruiting experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and experience leveraging technology to create effective processes, efficiencies, and metrics. Experience with Ashby (ATS) is a strong asset
