What you'll do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and qualifications.
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for hiring leader submittal.
  • Job requisition management and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle rejection communications.
  • Ensure initial paperwork and compliance requirements (licensure checks) are met.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels for high-volume clinical and administrative staff.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to first day of employment.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on talent and recruitment matters.
  • Consult with hiring managers on interview techniques and recruitment plans.
  • Align TA tactics and strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience through timely feedback and clear communication.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, universities, and community groups.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment processes.
  • Perform other job functions as assigned.

What they require

  • Required - Bachelor's Degree (substitution: High School or equivalent with five years relevant recruitment, sales or marketing experience).
  • Required - Recruitment 1-3 years (1 year).
  • Preferred - Human Resources 1-3 years (2 years).
  • Ability to manage high volume of applicants and requisitions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Candidate relationship building and active listening.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and roles.
