Role Summary We are looking for builders. Not just recruiters who fill roles, but individuals who take ownership of how hiring gets done and continuously improve it. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) or Technical and Corporate functions (Engineering, Finance, HR). You will partner closely with hiring managers across the Americas or EMEA to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. This is a high-autonomy role within a lean team. You are expected to operate with urgency, bring a point of view, and manage your portfolio like a business: Owning your roles end-to-end, including outcomes, pace, and quality Managing multiple searches as a portfolio, prioritizing where to invest time and effort Using data to track progress, identify risks early, and adjust approach Taking accountability for results, not just activity or process adherence Proactively driving decisions rather than waiting for direction You will be working in a remote, globally distributed environment, partnering across time zones, functions, and cultures. Success in this role requires strong communication, self-direction, and the ability to maintain momentum without day-to-day oversight.
