We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional with strong recruitment agency or outsourcing experience, specializing in blue-collar and technical recruitment. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you will take direct ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for skilled trade roles across various client sites. You will drive high-speed hiring operations for hands-on, field-based positions without relying on reactive applicants, ensuring seamless client delivery and operational backup support at all times.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Blue-Collar Recruitment: Drive full-cycle hiring (intake briefing, field/database sourcing, technical screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and site onboarding). Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Actively build talent pools for technical trades (Electricians, Mechanical Technicians, Site Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, Welders, and Operations staff). Client-Facing Operations: Communicate directly with external stakeholders to align on technical job specifications, candidate updates, and fast delivery timelines. High-Volume & Rapid Turnaround: Simultaneously manage 8–15+ open technical requisitions under tight deadlines while maintaining strict candidate qualification standards. Screening & Trade Verification: Conduct practical screening, verifying physical trade licenses, safety certifications, technical background checks, and availability for shift or field work.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Turnaround Time: First batch of pre-screened technical candidates delivered within 24–48 hours. Pipeline Output: Minimum 3–4 verified candidates submitted per open requisition. Submission-to-Interview Rate: ≥ 80% relevance score based on technical skills and client criteria. SLA & Responsiveness: Under 12-hour response time for client inquiries and candidate updates. Deployment Retention: Minimize post-placement drop-outs through thorough vetting and expectation management.
Requirements
Industry Background: Minimum 1–3 years of experience within a recruitment agency, manpower supply firm, or outsourcing provider. Domain Expertise: Proven track record hiring blue-collar, skilled trade, and technical engineering profiles (e.g., Electricians, Technicians, Maintenance Staff, Field Engineers). High-Volume Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-role, high-volume hiring pipelines concurrently. Sourcing Tactics: Proficiency using non-traditional sourcing channels (referral networks, field recruitment, localized job groups, community boards, and trade databases) alongside standard job platforms. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing client interactions and candidate relations.
Preferred Background
Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, or facilities management sectors. Deep familiarity with trade certifications, local labor laws, safety compliance standards, and shift work requirements. Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and candidate database management software.
Benefits
Competitive base salary with performance-based placement incentives. Direct exposure to large-scale industrial and technical client projects. High-ownership role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
