What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment and talent integration for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and pipeline development through interviews, offer negotiation, pre-boarding, and early engagement metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers, clinical leaders, business stakeholders, and People Operations to define candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, market outreach, and talent communities.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate and new-hire experience, including regular new-hire check-ins.
  • Manage pre-boarding activities including background checks, credential verification, licensure review, and pre-hire documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to employment law, healthcare credentialing regulations, state licensure requirements, and internal compliance standards.
  • Identify and resolve compliance gaps, hiring risks, bottlenecks, and candidate experience concerns.
  • Use structured interviews, behavioral questions, assessment tools, and judgment to evaluate candidates.
  • Perform AI-assisted sourcing, screening, and scheduling with human oversight and data integrity.
  • Use applicant tracking systems, assessment tools, reporting platforms, and recruiting technologies.
  • Track onboarding metrics and recruiting outcomes to improve sourcing, selection, and onboarding practices.
  • Educate hiring managers on staffing best practices, structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Support internal talent mobility, employer branding, and broader Talent Acquisition and People Team initiatives.
  • Track success metrics and quality of hires while performing full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Develop creative talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, manage offer acceptance, pre-boarding, and early engagement metrics and analysis.
  • Build understanding of Guidehealth’s business, operating model, workforce needs, and People processes to develop role-aligned recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders to define candidate profiles, align hiring priorities, and execute search plans that support business goals.
  • Develop and execute creative, investigative, and data-informed sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, market outreach, and talent communities.
  • Deliver a high-touch, empathy-driven candidate experience before and after hire.
  • Conduct regular new-hire check-ins to support onboarding transition.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve compliance gaps, hiring risks, bottlenecks, and candidate experience concerns.
  • Maintain documentation to support audit readiness and reduce liability.
  • Assess candidates through structured interviews, behavioral-based questions, assessment tools, and sound judgment.
