Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities. Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc. Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles. Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers. Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients. Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience. We would LOVE to get to know you if: You have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment. You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms. You thrive in goal-oriented environments and want to achieve the best. You’re fluent in English & German — any other languages would be an advantage.
