What you'll do

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Army's Salesforce-based AIE Recruiting Platform.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and security settings.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads, Product Designers, Developers, and government stakeholders to implement new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Support the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce functionality and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support recruiting operations and leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor platform performance, data quality, system security, and user adoption metrics.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution activities across technical teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing, release management activities, and production deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes through automation and streamlined workflows.
  • Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI tools, and other emerging technologies to improve recruiter productivity and user experiences.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to assist with requirements analysis, solution development, documentation, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Army, DoD, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance requirements.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide end-user support, platform training, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Contribute to program deliverables, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field plus one full academic year of graduate education in a specialized field; OR Bachelor's degree in a specialized field plus two (2) years of applicable experience; OR Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience.
  • Experience administering Salesforce environments in a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security models, user management, data management, reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications, cloud-based platforms, or CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, permission sets, profiles, dashboards, reports, data imports, and platform configuration.
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, and resolving system and application issues.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements through automation and technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices.
  • Preferred: Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Experience supporting data quality, governance, and system security initiatives.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, or other emerging technologies.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, or business processes.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts, system requirements analysis, and solution testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and develop innovative approaches to solving complex technical and business challenges.
