In this role, you will contribute to the development and support of business-critical systems that power our internal operations and digital transformation initiatives. You’ll design, build, and enhance scalable solutions while troubleshooting and resolving issues across existing systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure our platforms remain reliable, efficient, and capable of supporting business growth. You’ll also play an active role in sharing knowledge and supporting the development of more junior team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Independently deliver medium-sized projects, enhancements, and support requests, proactively identifying solutions and driving work through to completion.
• Design, develop, and improve scalable business systems, identifying opportunities to enhance existing architecture and processes.
• Build reliable, sustainable solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms and support long-term business needs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and leverage appropriate tools to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Evaluate risks and dependencies when implementing changes, ensuring thoughtful rollout plans and mitigation strategies are in place.
• Communicate technical solutions through clear documentation, design discussions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and constructive feedback.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Previous experience as a Systems Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, CRM Administrator, or Configuration Specialist, ideally working with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining business systems, including Salesforce Flows, Zendesk automations and triggers, and Intercom workflows, bots, or messaging campaigns.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, automation, and business process optimization within enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot system issues, investigate incidents, and resolve technical challenges across supported platforms.
• Experience integrating systems and supporting data flows between platforms, with familiarity using tools such as Postman, Workbench, or REST APIs considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to following established technical standards, documentation practices, and system governance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes, technical solutions, and system designs.
