Swedish Customer Service Agent (Chat/email) - Remote in Greece

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2) Very good command of English (B2 – C1) Good MS Office skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
