Responsibilities | 岗位职责
Promotional Merchandise Planning and Management – Support seasonal merchandise planning and execution from ideation through production and delivery. 周边商品策划与管理—负责支持各类季节性品牌周边商品的策划与执行，从创意构思到生产交付全流程推进。
Design and Branding – Partner closely with the Creative team to develop merchandise designs that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. 设计与品牌管理—与创意团队紧密合作，确保周边设计符合品牌规范及营销目标。
Procurement Support – Coordinate with internal administrative and procurement teams on vendor sourcing, sample review, contract management, and budget tracking. 采购支持—协调行政及采购团队完成供应商寻源、样品确认、合同管理及预算跟进等工作。
Production Management – Oversee merchandise production to ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. 生产管理—监督周边商品生产过程，确保产品质量、成本控制及按时交付。
Order Fulfillment – Maintain an organized merchandise request and approval tracker, while planning and optimizing logistics and fulfillment processes. 订单履约—维护周边申请及审批追踪表，并制定及优化物流配送流程，提高履约效率。
Inventory and Budget Control – Monitor inventory levels, arrange replenishment based on marketing needs, and manage budgets effectively. 库存与预算管理—监控库存情况，根据营销需求安排补货，并做好预算管理与成本控制。

Proficient in using AI tools for data processing, AI-generated renderings, and workflow enhancement. 熟练运用 AI 工具进行数据处理、AI 效果图制作及提升工作效率。
Good understanding of marketing and creative processes. 对市场营销及创意设计流程有良好的理解。
Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms. 熟练使用 Google Workspace（Google Docs、Sheets、Forms）等办公工具。
Fluency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to support internal and external logistics and operational coordination. 英语流利为必备条件；具备中文能力者优先，以支持内外部物流及业务流程沟通。
Experience with international logistics or e-commerce platforms is a plus. 具备国际物流或电商平台相关经验者优先。
