What you'll do

  • Provide initial and timely responses to all support cases for topics from billing or pre-sales requests to optimization or implementation questions.
  • Triage support cases by directing users to previous answers, code examples, documentation, or escalating to specific technical or business team members.
  • Monitor multiple feedback channels, including GitHub Issues and Discussions.
  • Identify where internal tooling might be developed or obtained to improve support efficiency.
  • Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage if experienced with testing.

What they require

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support providing developer support to technical customers.
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable with complex SQL queries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line.
  • Experienced working with GitHub Issues and Discussions.
  • Full-time position with 4 10-hour shifts, permanently covering weekends during NASA hours: 16:00-02:00 UTC.
  • Primarily looking for someone in North or South America timezones for this shift.
  • Position covers Friday to Monday based on the UTC times, varying slightly by specific timezone.
  • Preferred: PostgreSQL proficiency.
  • Preferred: Database administration experience.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte.
  • Preferred: Some experience with Node.js.
  • Preferred: Degree in Computer Science.
