Commercial supply/partnerships specialist with about 4–6 years in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or similar roles in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology. Must be able to source GPU capacity, negotiate infrastructure supplier agreements, and manage supplier relationships end-to-end.

What you'll do

  • Source new GPU supply across NeoClouds, data center operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical infrastructure suppliers.
  • Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of supplier relationships from initial outreach through signed agreement.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, contract terms, and termination provisions.
  • Own supplier negotiations from first conversation through execution of LOIs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial agreements.
  • Conduct commercial diligence on potential suppliers, validating GPU capacity, technical capabilities, operational reliability, and counterparty risk.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to align supplier agreements with customer demand while maintaining healthy marketplace economics.
  • Work with Legal to ensure supplier contracts accurately reflect negotiated commercial terms.
  • Maintain visibility into market pricing, supplier availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Represent Hyperbolic at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships within the GPU infrastructure community.
  • Help develop scalable processes and best practices as Hyperbolic expands its global supply network.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements involving infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, GPUs, or similar technical products.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing deals from sourcing through contract execution.
  • Ability to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial tradeoffs.
  • Comfortable reviewing commercial contract language, including service level agreements, payment terms, liability provisions, and operational commitments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and direct exposure to company leadership.
  • Passion for AI infrastructure and a desire to stay current on the rapidly evolving compute ecosystem.
  • Preferred: Experience working with NeoClouds, GPU providers, data centers, hyperscalers, hosting companies, or infrastructure marketplaces.
  • Preferred: Exposure to financial modeling, marketplace economics, or pricing strategy.
  • Preferred: Experience working with infrastructure procurement, capacity planning, or hardware supply chains.
  • Preferred: Existing relationships within the AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud ecosystem.
  • Potential background: Business Development or Partnerships at a NeoCloud, GPU marketplace, or AI infrastructure provider.
  • Potential background: Supply, Procurement, or Commercial Partnerships within cloud infrastructure or hosting companies.
  • Potential background: Account Executive or Strategic Partnerships roles selling infrastructure or enterprise technology.
  • Potential background: Commercial or ecosystem roles at OEMs, hardware manufacturers, or server providers working with cloud providers.
  • Potential background: Business Development within colocation, dedicated hosting, bare metal, or infrastructure-as-a-service companies.
