Claru is building a data layer for physical AI, embodied AI and world models. We sell data to frontier labs and robotics companies, and this role is for a Supply Lead to build and manage the supply side of our two-sided marketplace. We are looking for AI-native operators who prioritize automation and scalable systems.

What you'll do

  • Build a portfolio of partner businesses across various environments (event venues, retail back-of-house, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing) to capture data.
  • Grow the contributor base and open new geographies, ensuring supply is owned and multi-channel to avoid dependency.
  • Own the geo rate card to ensure engagements are priced and staffed defensibly.
  • Own capacity forecasting to determine deliverable volumes in given environments and timeframes.
  • Own contributor experience and retention, including onboarding, payments, support, and understanding reasons for churn.

What they require

  • Early-stage marketplace operating experience: having successfully scaled one side of a flywheel from a standing start in a new territory or vertical, covering recruitment, pricing, retention, and economics.
  • AI-native: prioritizing automation over hiring and building scalable systems over growing teams.
  • Experience operating, not only advising (former founders, high growth early stage startup hires, consulting, or business operations background is a strong plus).
  • Ability to close business independently, winning partner businesses through conversation.
  • Numerate: capable of building models, identifying cost per unit breakpoints, and advocating for change.

Benefits

  • Collaborate with top-tier engineers, researchers, and operators from renowned organizations like Google DeepMind and Facebook AI Research (FAIR).
  • Be part of a rapidly growing industry poised to transform multiple sectors globally.
  • Work alongside a collaborative, mission-focused team dedicated to advancing AI for meaningful applications.
  • Thrive in an open and inclusive work environment that values diversity.

We are an AI research lab building foundational intelligence for the physical world. Our models are designed to solve complex real-world challenges, powering everything from intelligent robots to next-generation wearables and media. We work at the intersection of world models, video generation, and robotics, building systems that represent complex environments, reason about objects and dynamics, and translate high-level AI intentions into smooth, efficient, safe, and responsive actions across a variety of robotic embodiments.
