What you'll do

  • Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Korean or English grounded in Korean operational contexts (e.g., financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, compliance reviews)
  • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks
  • Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism
  • Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Korean professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology environments

What they require

  • Native-level Korean with strong professional English proficiency
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
  • Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
  • Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Korean business environments
  • As a 1099 contractor, responsible for own tax obligations; register in Tipalti to ensure payment
  • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
  • Geographic restrictions: cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions
