What you'll do

  • Design realistic International Trade and Logistics scenarios in Spanish or English grounded in Mexican operational contexts (import/export documentation, customs clearance, Incoterms application, freight coordination, international transportation, trade compliance, warehouse operations, supply chain planning).
  • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for logistics problem-solving, customs and trade compliance, customer communication, transportation management, shipment coordination, and international trade operations.
  • Review AI- and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational feasibility, logistics best practices, and customer service quality.
  • Contribute to "gold standard" solutions reflecting best practices across Mexican international trade, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, supply chain management, and global logistics operations.

What they require

  • Native-level Spanish with strong professional English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Import/Export Operations, or Global Trade Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Mexican import/export regulations, customs procedures, international shipping documentation, Incoterms, tariff classification, trade compliance, transportation management, supply chain operations, and cross-border commerce.
  • As a 1099 contractor, responsible for own tax obligations and Tipalti registration for payments.
  • Requires reliable availability and commitment; most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
