What you'll do

  • Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in the target language reflecting the target locale clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows)
  • Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations
  • Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality
  • Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety
  • Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in target language healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations

What they require

  • Native target language with strong professional English proficiency
  • 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
  • Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards
  • Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content
  • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
  • Geographic restrictions may apply; cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions
  • As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own tax obligations
