Subject Matter Expert – Healthcare & Social Assistance (Gujarati) – Remote

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking experienced healthcare and social assistance professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Gujarati for the Indian region. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will help create and review realistic healthcare administrative and clinical scenarios that reflect real-world patient care, hospital operations, and healthcare system management. Your work will directly improve how AI systems understand and respond within sensitive, high-stakes healthcare environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Gujarati reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows)
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations
• Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality
• Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety
• Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in Indian healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Native Gujarati with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards
• Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content

What to Consider Before Applying

• Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won't receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed.
• Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week. If your schedule is unpredictable, this may not be the right fit.
• Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions. As a 1099 contractor, you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional before engaging.
