What you'll do

  • Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Bengali reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows)
  • Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations
  • Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality
  • Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety
  • Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in Indian healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations

  • Native Bengali with strong professional English proficiency
  • 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
  • Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards
  • Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content
  • As an independent contractor, ability to manage own taxes and onboarding in Tipalti
  • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
