Subject Matter Expert – Finance (Punjabi) – Remote

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking experienced professionals in Indian Finance and Financial Services to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Punjabi. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios that evaluate AI systems in India-specific contexts. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and performs in India-compliant financial environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in Punjabi reflecting Indian finance practices
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality
• Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Native Punjabi with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis)
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial products and frameworks
• Familiarity with Indian regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks)
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in Punjabi with high attention to detail

What to Consider Before Applying

• Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won't receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed.
• Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week. If your schedule is unpredictable, this may not be the right fit.
• Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions. As a 1099 contractor, you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional before engaging.
