What you'll do

  • Own revenue growth, renewals, and expansion targets across assigned UK accounts, focusing on multi-site rollouts after successful pilots.
  • Translate pilot outcomes into commercial and operational business cases for UK providers, including ROI, workforce efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, Operations Directors, Clinical Leadership, and Finance.
  • Lead executive-level reviews and steering conversations, positioning Teton as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Navigate UK-specific decision processes, including clinical governance, phased deployments, break clauses, and budget cycles.
  • Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, and Delivery to ensure pilots are positioned and executed with expansion in mind from day one.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM, providing visibility into expansion probability, timing, and risk.
  • Represent Teton in customer meetings, site visits, and key industry moments to strengthen presence in the UK market.

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management or enterprise sales, with direct ownership of expansion and renewal revenue.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort progressing deals post-sale through multi-stakeholder, non-linear decision processes.
  • Proven ability to sell value and outcomes, not features, and build credible business cases for senior leadership.
  • Executive presence and confidence engaging UK provider leadership with clarity, pragmatism, and credibility.
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a scaling environment.
  • Preferred: Experience working with regulated or operationally complex organisations is helpful.
  • Direct senior living or healthcare experience is not required.
  • Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools, with a strong bias toward accuracy and follow-through.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
