Staff-level deal-maker with 8+ yrs in U.S. renewables who has acquired and developed utility-scale solar/wind and/or storage projects in MISO, SPP or PJM. Your job: originate and structure co-location, M&A and co-development agreements for LDES storage in the U.S. Remote, based anywhere in the US.

What you'll do

  • Develop and manage working relationships with renewable developers in target ISO/RTO markets across the US
  • Negotiate multi-party co-location/co-development agreements (including Co-Location & Dispatch Coordination and Shared Facilities Agreements)
  • Structure compensation mechanisms tied to Antora’s revenue opportunities that incentivize developers
  • Run project scoring, prepare investment memos, and make buy/partner recommendations for leadership
  • Lead negotiations for project acquisitions: MIPAs, asset purchase and co-development term
  • Build project-level financial models (IRR, revenue projections) and stress-test deal economics against price risk, interconnection delays, curtailment, and counterparty credit
  • Screen developer portfolios, manage NDA and data rooms, and source co-location opportunities
  • Partner with engineering, interconnection, finance, and legal on feasibility and execution

What they require

  • 8+ years of experience in renewable energy space, with direct experience in project acquisition, M&A, or structured development partners
  • Demonstrated experience structuring complex, multi-agreement deals in the renewable energy space
  • Track record of acquiring and/or developing utility-scale renewable energy and/or storage projects in MISO, SPP, or PJM
  • Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, and co-development agreements
  • Familiarity with interconnection mechanics and regulations, especially for storage
  • Understanding of ISO/RTO capacity markets and how storage participates and optimizes in them.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and counterparty contracts while working fast
  • Strong communication skills, able to distill complex deal structures for leadership
  • Desired: direct experience with LDES / battery storage project development,
  • Desired: background in project finance, infrastructure M&A, or tax equity
  • Desired: existing relationships with renewable developers / IPPs in MISO, SPP or PJM
  • Desired: experience in early-stage or high-growth companies where processes are still being built
