What you'll do

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies for the Opportunity life cycle management team.
  • Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes
  • Communicate regularly with a diverse group of stakeholders with different priorities and levels of technical acumen
  • Lead projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage opportunity lifecycle and Revenue Forecasting in partnership with the product owner and product manager.
  • Work with Product Managers to architect and implement solutions within Salesforce.
  • Architect automation and system behavior using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow ensuring scalability, system health, and end user personas/experience.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen.
  • Provide ongoing roadmap design and ownership in combination with the product owner and product manager
  • Be an advocate for technology best practices and be a stakeholder representing technology.

What they require

  • 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and SalesCloud implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation within Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation experience with managing Usage based selling
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, APEX, Object oriented programing concepts, Data modelling, Event platforms and Batch processes, Integration patterns etc
  • Demonstrated ability to capture thinking, recommendations, and process mappings in clear, highly detailed documentation.
  • Proven track record of operating as a strategic partner who can constructively challenge stakeholders and leadership in the interest of system scalability and long-term sustainability.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
  • Desired: Experience designing and building within Salesforce for a massive user base (2,000+ users).
