Description:
- Lead the technical direction of software delivery as a shared product, improving code health, release quality, and delivery speed.
- Design policies and guardrails for AI-generated changes to ensure safe, observable releases at scale.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to shape the roadmap for the delivery platform.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and observable software delivery systems that enhance reliability and software quality.
- Champion engineering excellence by setting best practices for testing, deployment strategies, and observability.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software delivery strategy and platform work (e.g., Github Actions, Argo CD).
- Experience building and scaling a platform for internal engineers with multi-tenancy.
- Proficiency in production services using programming languages like Go, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
- 5+ years of experience with containers, Kubernetes, IAC tools (Terraform), and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with delivery metrics (DORA, SPACE) and platform observability.
- Proficiency with GenAI-assisted developer tooling and integrating workflows into CI/CD.
- Experience leading cross-team technical work and mentoring engineers.
Benefits:
- Base salary range: $162,000 - $190,000 USD, plus variable pay (annual bonus, restricted stock).
