What you'll do

  • Provide expert psychiatric care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments (mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, risk analysis).
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centred, evidence-based telehealth care.
  • Use responsible prescribing practices and evidence-based clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers via consultations and case reviews.
  • Utilize technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.

What they require

  • Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable providing remotely and using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
