Your Role

As the Staff Product Manager – Life Sciences, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Dandelion’s life science data products. This role is hands-on and strategy-driven, focused on translating market and customer insights into a clear product vision, roadmap, and shipped outcomes.
You will lead product discovery and strategy efforts across Dandelion’s life science offerings - identifying high-leverage problems to solve, evaluating opportunities, and making prioritization decisions that balance customer needs, platform scalability, and long-term business impact.
You will work closely with commercial, engineering, and data science partners to define product requirements, shape technical approaches, and drive execution from concept through launch. Your focus will be on building scalable, repeatable data products rather than bespoke customer solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning product strategy end-to-end, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to operate at the intersection of life sciences, data infrastructure, and applied AI - with deep ownership over what gets built and why.
Finally, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty - this is a small, early-stage company with enormous ambitions and everyone pitches in to do everything.
You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
