What you'll do

  • Own the product surface that lets creators connect with, teach, and retain their learners over time
  • Lead Community & learner connection features: messaging, Q&A, announcements, direct learner communications
  • Build higher-touch live formats: 1:1 connect, VILT and webinars
  • Design and own instructor profiles & channels to promote creator content and brand
  • Develop creator channels & tooling: channel management, social/community tools, subscriptions and recurring economic models
  • Take Instructor Communities from a 60-instructor pilot to a scalable business line in 2027
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Finance, Consumer, and Content/Instructor stakeholders to enable automated in-house billing and payouts
  • Define which interactions drive conversion and retention and scale the recurring economic model

What they require

  • Staff-level product management experience (senior/staff)
  • Experience building products in EdTech, learning technologies or content authoring tools (Preferred)
  • Experience with B2B2C business model (Preferred)
  • Experience building, using, or experimenting with AI-driven products, particularly content generation/editing, adaptive learning and personalization, automated QA, and multimodal authoring support (Preferred)
