What you'll do

  • Own the product vision and multi-quarter strategy for HubSpot's Ads experience
  • Define and drive a cohesive roadmap with product, engineering, and design
  • Partner with AI teams on intelligent campaign creation, audience optimization, and automated budget allocation
  • Navigate ad platform APIs, privacy regulations, and measurement frameworks across major ad platforms
  • Shape HubSpot's positioning at the intersection of ads and CRM
  • Use data to guide strategy, success metrics, tradeoffs, and decision-making
  • Influence Build Awareness and platform-level product strategy as a senior IC leader
  • Guide new product ideas from concept through launch

What they require

  • Significant experience launching and scaling customer-facing products, ideally in advertising technology, paid media tools, or performance marketing platforms
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including campaign management, audience targeting, attribution, and first-party data
  • Track record of defining and driving product strategy at a senior level
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, technically complex, and regulation-sensitive problem spaces
  • Data-oriented product management approach using metrics, experimentation, and tradeoff analysis
  • Technical fluency and systems thinking around platform integrations, data pipelines, and API constraints
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills through collaboration and persuasion
  • Ability to articulate product strategy and tradeoffs to engineering partners, senior leadership, and stakeholders
  • Experience operating in complex product ecosystems across multiple teams and surfaces
  • East Coast or Central Time Zones preferred
