What you'll do

  • Define and deliver product design across multiple growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
  • Work closely with product, engineering, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses — building high-quality experiences that are functional and delightful.
  • Partner with Deel UI stakeholders to drive design system strategy. You will champion consistency and innovation while ensuring Growth-specific needs are met through the strategic use of motion, including animations, micro-interactions, and transitions.
  • Rapidly design, prototype, and test new features. Leverage A/B testing frameworks and data insights to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys, delivering thoughtful solutions in the face of ambiguity.
