What you'll do

  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design key business metrics, dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled reporting systems that are widely-adopted and empower data-informed decisions
  • Leverage advanced skill to conduct rigorous analyses that reveal root causes, uncover opportunities, forecast outcomes, and drive positive product & business impact
  • Transform complex findings into compelling narratives that influence strategic direction
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to influence the design, development, and maintenance of dimensional data models, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and reliably delivered
  • Champion world-class data governance practices, continuously raising the bar for data & code quality across technical teams

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (i.e., STEM)
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decision-making through advanced analytical skill
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including deep experience: Collaborating with Data & Analytics Engineers to architect robust data models and institute world-class data quality guardrails
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including deep experience: Leveraging SQL & dbt to query, transform, and validate complex data sets
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including deep experience: Designing, presenting, and influencing people with data products & visualizations that deliver impactful and actionable insights
  • Preferred: Master’s or Ph.D. degree
  • Preferred: Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience
