What you'll do

  • Develop, lead and execute partner strategy for territory and key industries.
  • Work with sales to identify strategic SI partners and create joint account plans and campaigns.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, adoption, and consumption of Snowflake Data Cloud (quota-carrying).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Field CTO, Marketing) to ensure partner & customer experience.
  • Assist SIs with sales process: education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal support.
  • Monitor performance and commercial outcomes of joint initiatives; analyze sales data and pipeline.
  • Ensure consistent communication with SIs during pre-sales and post-sales and coordinate with PSO leaders to meet use cases and go-live dates.

What they require

  • A minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, business development in technology
  • 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous direct sales experience (preferred)
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Canadian SI partners
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred
  • Ability to manage regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress
  • Strong executive presence and polish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Travel Required: Estimated at 25-50% (variable)
