What you'll do

  • Facilitate annual planning with global stakeholders to develop coverage model, compensation design, quota setting, and headcount strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to design company policy and processes, enhance system and data analytics, and leverage AI for insights into business trends and proactive renewal lifecycle improvements.
  • Drive coordination across Sales, Finance, Field Engineering, and other teams for a one-team approach to managing renewals, risk, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Advise senior leadership on performance, challenges, and areas of opportunity.
  • Foster a culture of mentorship, transparency, innovation, and accountability.
  • Serve as the driving force behind continuous improvement of global renewal processes.
  • Align Sales, Finance, Field Engineering, and Marketing to optimize renewal rates, enhance system capabilities, and pioneer AI-driven data and workflow solutions.
  • Design targeted recommendations that align cross-functional teams toward strategic initiatives.
  • Develop early warning indicators, track progress, and build scalable operational strategies.

What they require

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in renewals, sales operations, or a related field in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic process improvements in a global, matrixed and often highly ambiguous context.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to build a pragmatic roadmap, strategic objectives, and actionable next steps.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate fluently with senior leadership.
  • Experience in systems thinking and strong ability to understand how changes can impact upstream and downstream cross-functional teams and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: MBA.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Revenue Intelligence Tools such as Clari, Gong, Seismic, and modern AI stack such as Claude, Gemini, Appscripts.
