What you'll do

  • Review consultant reports for accuracy including appropriate grading, state specific questions and proper punctuation and grammar.
  • Approve completed reports and consultant invoices for processing; generate consultant reports and assign surveys to consultants.
  • Run the Accident Trend Analysis (AA) web report monthly, assist assigned Regional Manager with analysis and data gathering, and maintain distribution lists.
  • Maintain a current file of upcoming accident analysis reports (semiannually, quarterly, monthly) and respond to special requests from Underwriters or Product Managers.
  • Complete phone surveys within the consultant phone survey program and manage email, web and cell phone communication timely and appropriately.

  • Proficient in all standard Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in the use of virtual meeting software
  • Proficient in Federal Motor Carrier (US DOT) regulations, preferably including passenger transportation
