What you'll do

  • Provide employee relations support, including performance management, terminations, exit paperwork, and exit interviewing
  • Create and process company memos for merit increases, bonuses, equity grants, transfers, and other employee actions
  • Support onboarding, new hire documentation, orientation notices, and Form I-9 verifications
  • Maintain audit-ready employee records at high-growth-company standards
  • Execute offboarding per HRBP direction, including termination letters and HR system terminations
  • Track annual compliance training and policy acknowledgments enterprise-wide
  • Process PTO and time adjustments for payroll validation, working well with pay calendars and accrual balances
  • Provide administrative support to Benefits and Leave teams
  • Build employee-facing materials using brand standards, templates, and formatting
  • Deep-dive into enterprise-wide People Operations projects and other duties as assigned

What they require

  • 3+ years of progressive HR operations experience handling core lifecycle transactions, payroll coordination, and multi-channel inquiries (publicly traded, multi-entity, or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Paylocity or Workday preferred); experience supporting an HRIS transition is a strong plus
  • Sound understanding of payroll mechanics, multi-state compliance fundamentals, and HIPAA rules
  • Fluent across Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Excel; comfortable using AI tools (such as Google Gemini) to drive daily efficiency
  • Strong visual formatting, presentation, business writing, and grammar skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and sound judgment with sensitive employee matters
