Sr. Field Marketing Manager

Location: Japan

Minimum qualifications:

• 8+ years of field marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as someone who enjoys collaborating across functions.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.
• Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS), and the ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
• Passion for working and thriving within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Possessing an "inbox zero" mentality and readiness to tackle any task, whether it is executing complex campaigns or handling last-minute logistics.

About the job

Wiz is looking for a Sr. Field Marketing Manager in Japan to own execution and optimization of demand generation and brand awareness within Japan. You’ll collaborate closely with global Marketing teams alongside Partner, Sales and Product teams to ensure our marketing efforts resonate with key target audiences, generate qualified leads, and accelerate our go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Field execution: Aligned to regional strategy, you’ll deliver integrated field marketing plans tailored to specific regional markets and target verticals. This includes aligning sales motions, partnerships, and campaigns that will drive brand visibility and demand generation.
• Event Management: Lead and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and user groups. Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual events.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing assets and campaigns that support sales efforts in the field. Provide them with the tools, content, and resources needed to engage prospects and close deals.
• Lead Generation: Align tightly with functional teams across campaigns, digital, ABM and customer marketing to strengthen qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
• Regional Market Insights: Analyze and report on market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Operations & Logistics: Own swag stock, warehousing, and support vendors for the APAC region.
• Brand Enablement: Serve as a brand ambassador for Wiz, building and nurturing relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers while ensuring our field team are enabled with the right collateral to boost the Wiz brand and message in market.
