What you'll do

  • Lead and develop the Legal Innovation Partner team
  • Own portfolio of strategic client relationships at Sr. Director level
  • Drive renewal, expansion, and executive-level engagement with firm leadership, CIOs, and innovation partners
  • Define and refine the firm's AI transformation engagement model
  • Collaborate with VP of Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations
  • Represent NetDocuments at industry conferences and legal technology forums
  • Hire, coach, and retain top Legal Innovation Partner talent
  • Define and monitor success metrics for the LIP team (NRR, renewal rate, adoption scores, client satisfaction)

What they require

  • 12+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise customer success
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of law firm operations, legal department workflows, and AI adoption in legal industry
  • Track record of owning and growing a book of business in B2B SaaS or legal technology
  • Experience building or leading customer success, professional services, or client advisory teams
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to client sites, conferences, and internal team meetings
