What you'll do

  • Leverage extensive systems analytics experience to navigate enterprise system boundaries, transactional logic, and multi-system data flows across first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) tools.
  • Document and design end-to-end system flows, functional integration analysis, and system configuration procedures from the ground up to solve complex enterprise challenges across the full customer and transaction lifecycle (including Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, RevRec, and Post-Sales).
  • Act as the primary operations manager with the Wiz and Google technical teams.
  • Ensure leadership defines key performance metrics (KPIs), state commitments clearly, and communicates team plans publicly, on time.
  • Act as the primary execution partner with the Wiz and Google technical teams.
  • Ensure roadmaps are populated with well-vetted, prioritized initiatives and lead project execution through the Kanban lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify friction points, process bottlenecks, and system gaps across the enterprise systems ecosystem.
  • Recommend and advance long-term, scalable solutions that align with business strategy.
  • Lead discovery for new integrated business flows.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to design and configure solutions across Salesforce, core 1P product systems, and third-party applications to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Build consensus and influence technical definition and alignment across diverse cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Finance) outside of your direct line authority.
  • Act as a vital part of a collaborative whole, working closely alongside other senior resources (such as Senior Admins, Architects, Product Managers, and Directors) to drive unified business outcomes.
  • Own the delivery cycle from initial concept through UAT and rollout.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring technical delivery directly solves the business problem and delivers measurable value.
  • Establish and enforce best-practice project standards, documentation, and Agile/Kanban methodologies, providing direction, support, and mentorship to team members across initiatives.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant practice.
  • 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Product Manager supporting large-scale enterprise systems operations, including 4 years leading complex, multi-system projects.
  • Experience with end-to-end business workflows, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Contract management, and service delivery (including Order, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Billing, and Service Management).
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban execution methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery.
  • Preferred: Proven track record in M&A Integrations, with hands-on experience evaluating, executing, and identifying systems and system skills.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated staff-level leadership with a history of driving consensus and influencing strategic decisions across multiple peer teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Preferred: Collaborative peer leadership, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively as a vital part of a whole, working alongside other senior technical, product, and business resources to achieve overarching goals.
  • Preferred: Proactive, highly autonomous problem solver who excels at operating comfortably in ambiguity, bringing order to complex multi-system issues.
  • Preferred: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Preferred: Ability to learn new systems (both 1P and 3P) quickly and deeply.
