What you'll do

  • Own pipeline development across the combatant commands and the Department of War (formerly Department of Defense) enterprise
  • Engage operational and theater customers to shape geospatial requirements and competitive positioning
  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting
  • Run early-stage capture across COCOM and department-level pursuits
  • Develop account plans aligned to combatant command priorities and DoW enterprise initiatives
  • Coordinate with sales engineering and proposal teams to advance qualified pursuits
  • Represent the company at defense industry events and customer engagements

What they require

  • 8+ years of federal business development experience selling into DoD/Department of War or combatant command customers
  • Demonstrated quota attainment and pipeline ownership
  • Working knowledge of the federal acquisition process and DoW contract vehicles
  • Established relationships across combatant commands or department-level geospatial customers
  • Experience at startups or smaller companies with strong track records
  • Preferred: Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Preferred: Prior military service or COCOM staff experience
  • Preferred: Existing relationships at one or more combatant commands
  • Preferred: Capture management training (Shipley or equivalent)
