What you'll do

  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for assigned pricing analytics initiatives.
  • Partner with Pricing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into clear analytical or technical workstreams.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Visualization teams to support the design and delivery of pricing analytics solutions.
  • Help maintain the roadmap, milestones, priorities, and dependencies for assigned projects or workstreams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Support project intake, requirement gathering, documentation, and follow-up to help move initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Analyze pricing, sales, market, and commercial data to support business decisions and identify actionable insights.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, templates, and visualizations that help stakeholders monitor pricing performance and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing analytics processes, reporting workflows, and data quality.
  • Organize and document business requirements, decisions, action items, and project updates to support effective execution.
  • Support user adoption and stakeholder understanding of pricing analytics outputs, tools, and reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to make cross-functional collaboration and analytics delivery more effective.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, pricing analytics, commercial analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working across both business and technical teams to gather requirements, clarify needs, and support solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, sales, margin, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, or similar.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools used for data preparation, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and follow-up for assigned initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business needs to technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within a structured project environment.
