What you'll do

  • Technical ownership and project management required for the architectural design, creation, installation, and maintenance of the operational data store/warehouse.
  • Work directly with the Support Services data analytics teams and support service leadership to plan system design, application interfaces, and system specifications.
  • Monitor and analyzes system performance to maintain customer service level agreements.
  • Create and maintain system development standards and change control methodologies and procedures.
  • Maintain technical currency in areas of responsibility.
  • Evaluate current and alternative approaches within areas of technical responsibility and make recommendations based on assessment of value to the organization.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of business operations.

What they require

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics
  • Typically requires 7 years of experience in project management, information systems, or leadership.
  • Experience with applications, database management, business intelligence tools, and web app and user interface development.
  • Software Development Lifecycle SDLC.
  • Database maintenance, metric development.
  • Internal benchmarking, normalization factors development.
  • Data Analytics.
  • Customer Relations.
