Communications & Culture intern supporting internal communications, employee engagement, recognition, and feedback. Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferred Business/HR/Psychology). Part-time internship (15–20 hrs/wk), primarily remote; US salary disclosed.
The Culture & Communications Intern plays a vital role in shaping the employee experience by supporting initiatives that foster connection, and engagement. This person will collaborate across HR, Marketing, and internal teams to amplify our employer brand and keep our global workforce informed and inspired.
I nternal Communications: Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
Culture & Recognition: Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
Feedback & Analytics: Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure the success of internal campaigns.
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Minimal travel
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
