Fortrea is recruiting an experienced Clinical Project Manager with valuable expertise in Oncology. In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of clinical studies on a local level, while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role is for upcoming future opportunities that may arise at Fortrea Key responsibilities: Manage the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality expectations are met. Serve as primary point of contact for clinical operations teams, vendors and other external partners, overseeing cross-functional teams Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth study progress Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines and German EU regulatory requirements Supports local and regional strategy development consistent with long-term corporate needs Qualifications: University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution, nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology (Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements). Strong background in clinical research, including several years of experience working on drugs trials and interventional studies A t least 1-2 years experience in clinical project management within a CRO or Sponsor environment Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems proactively Excellent German and English skills verbal and written What We Offer: Home-Based role with flexible working arrangement.
