Speech Pathologist for NDIS community-based work in Northern NSW (Ballina, Byron Bay, Mullumbimby). Requires a Speech Pathology degree and Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia, plus a current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle. New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome.

What you'll do

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way across home, school, and community settings.
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals and deliver interventions that improve quality of life.
  • Working alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Providing mentorship and clinical supervision to junior clinicians (for experienced clinicians).
  • Ensuring all services meet current NDIS requirements and standards.

  • A degree in Speech Pathology and Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
