What you'll do

  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives
  • Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation
  • Effectively handle objections and consistently gain calls to action to close sales calls
  • Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements
  • Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics
  • Build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, and share market intelligence
  • Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates
  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
  • Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations

  • Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency
  • Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, and market dynamics

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
  • At least five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry (in lieu of a bachelor's degree)
  • Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing
  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience required
  • At least 5 years of experience, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
  • Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements
